FRIDAY NIGHT | Party & Shop | For Shoppers who like a little sparkle.
+ Shopping Direction: Limited Editions, High End Handmade, Super-special Vintage. This crowd will most likely shop for themselves on Friday & return on Saturday afternoon or Sunday Morning to pick up gifts. They’re there to have fun while they shop, not be stressed about checking off a to-do list.
+ Food Direction: Party Food. Small Bites. Instagrammable Delights. Make your food fun, small and daring. Don’t forget the seasonal aspect. Our guests are looking for a Friendsiving Feast (mini-style).
+ Vibe: Art Gallery Opening meets Holiday Party
+ Target Customer: See & Be Seen, Maker Fanatic & Trendsetter
SATURDAY MORNING | Shop til you Drop | For the over-prepared shopper and the classic flea shopper
+ Shopping Direction: Gift shopping for everyone on their list. Help your customers find something for everyone on their lists.
+ Food Direction: Morning (with savory options). Lots of coffee. Handheld options versus sit-down options. Send people home with treats to eat later.
+ Vibe: Energetic, with a packed venue.
+ Target Customer: The Local Shopper who wants to check everyone off their lists (and do it with a donut & coffee in hand).
SATURDAY AFTERNOON | Chill & Shop | For the shopper who loves happy hour and less hectic shopping.
+ Shopping Direction: Gift-giving from men to women.
+ Food Direction: Happy Hour snacks. Sophisticated options that pair well with a manhattan or sparkling wine.
+ Vibe: Happy Hour, less crowded but still some energy.
+ Target Customer: Men.
SUNDAY MORNING | Brunch ‘n’ Shop | Shopping that starts with brunch, involves some family time and ends with lots of gifts.
+ Shopping Direction: A range of gifts, bought by lots of family members who are shopping together. Make sure there are things for kids.
+ Food Direction: Brunch flavors, with hopefully some savory to go with the sweet.
+ Vibe: Bustling and energetic but not the push-and-shove of Saturday morning.
+ Target Customer: Families, duos and trios. Those who are beginning a holiday tradition. Also, the See & Be Seen might make a return during this time. Small Scouts (foodies looking for something totally fun and different).
SUNDAY AFTERNOON | Last Minute Shopping | For the shopper who loves local but who has put it off all weekend (maybe in hopes for less crowds and shopping deals OR because they’re just looking to maximize their time).
+ Shopping Direction: Your shoppers will love your help and direction in making decisions about what gifts to get for their loved ones. Also, host / hostess gifts.
+ Food Direction: Light snacks, fun treats, brunch options might do well all day.
+ Vibe: Chill with a little frantic energy.
+ Target Customer: Last-minute shoppers who need some help and are hoping to maximize their shopping experience (ie, shopping is easy). Families.
