ASCENSION: A sour take on a modern IPA, using local malts and highlighting tropical New Zealand and citrusy Great Lakes hops.
OLD KAINTUCK: The Kentucky Common is one of the few styles native to the US, and Earlybird was the first brewery in Cleveland to revive it. The style originates in Appalachia, but Earlybird’s version drinks slightly malty, yet dry and crisp. If you like English mild or a Southern brown ales, this one’s for you.
BOMBS OVER DRESDEN: A Black Berliner Weisse. Very pale and soft / elegant typically. They’re taking their own approach by making it dark and intense, but still bright, refreshing and sessionable.
