Mother's Day is Sunday. We can't think of anyone else who sings more to ushering-in-life than our mothers, grandmothers and all the women (past and present) whose love, sweat, tears and inspiration keep us kicking.Read More
Our favorite sign that Spring is finally here: the first Cleveland Flea of the year! Can you believe it's been four months since we've seen your lovely faces? We've had so much going on behind the scenes this winter and can't wait for you to experience what our 160 local, kick-ass friend-ors (those are our friends/vendors) have in store for you this Saturday, April 11.
We've been drawing on our creative courage to take some BIG leaps in the coming months, and I'll tell you: it can be pretty, darn exhilarating. If you haven't already, find your way to our Kickstarter campaign to get the scoop on what's coming next.
Welcome back, Cleveland! Enjoy your #FirstFlea of the season!
Founder, The Cleveland Flea
Blue is the color of the sea and never-ending skies on a gorgeous day. It’s the color of the globe you’ve been meaning to trot. It’s a hopeful hue that washes over you, leaving behind only that spark of freshness and renewal.
The Color Story for April began with inspiration from all corners of the Earth — from Lake Erie’s waves to the ancient walls of Morocco — and ends with a collection of treasures you’ll find at the Cleveland Flea this weekend.
It's hard to imagine an industry that speaks more to that sense of renewal than vintage curation and upcycling. This month's Cleveland Flea is home to 35 vintage and salvage dealers (including nine new vendors) who've trekked the country to find treasures you'll be eager to give a new home.
Start your own hunt for refurbed furniture and artful artifacts at the Flea, stylish storage, unique apparel and accessories with as much industrial history as the city itself.
Close to 30 vendors make their debuts this weekend, refreshing a Flea lineup that's grown to 160 stands strong. Our new friends span specialties, from sustainable honey products to a burgeoning lifestyle brand, enviable edibles to repurposed jewelry, vintage records to original art and more.
But it's not just the new kids on the block bringing freshness to the April Flea. Check in with your favorite vendors to see how a little winter respite has spiced up their menus, inspired new designs or simply ensured that exactly what you've been looking for has been waiting for you to take it home and give it new life.
Our monthly Color Story is a curated collaboration between the Cleveland Flea, Suzuran Photography and our vendors. It’s a sneak peek at what’s in store for the next market and some inspiration for adding a little more color in your life.
