Our 2 Classic Holiday Markets will take place at The Madison,
located on east 47th and Payne Avenue.

There are 73 booths available in various sizes to deliver each type of vendor a more personalized experience.

Your very own storefront! Our Market Storefronts are 10ft x 10ft spaces (100 square feet)

Who is this a good fit for?

+Vintage, Handmade or Food Vendors who prefer to create a branded storefront experience for their customers
+ vendors who merchandise indoor booth spaces effectively for a brand experience for their customers
+ vendors who can merchandise on both vertical and horizontal surfaces
+ vendors who choose to invest more for a larger booth, if that is what they believe is their best option to sell more

Who is this a good fit for?
+ food trucks who are able to create seasonally-themed, super-creative items that appeal to customers at various times throughout the weekend (Friday night party, Saturday & Sunday Morning, Lunch & Happy Hour separately)
+ food trucks who make ONE distinct heavily-in-demand item (ex. donuts, bagels, tacos, pierogi)

Consignment Shared Market Shop (available at our Markets + our Storefront)

Provide the product, we’ll take care of the setup + design.
You receive 60% of each sale 10 days after each market
We will accept 65 vendors between our Holiday Markets + our Van Aken Location

+ vendors who want to save some cash but still want access to our big shopper base 
+ vendors with a low-quantity of stock (ie, you run a side hustle and can only produce so many goods and might possibly run out before the weekend is over)
+ vendors with a low per-product price who would prefer a lower booth fee  
+ part-time business owners who don't quite have their brand fleshed out but they have lots of interesting items for sale 
+ vendors who would love help in displaying their merchandise 
+ vintage vendors who would love to work on a consignment basis rather than paying a larger booth fee up front
+ vintage (or large-scale item) vendors who would like a lot of space for their products but don't want to spend double on a bigger booth 
+ vendors who can't spend all weekend with us in a booth (usually those running a part-time biz or those who are traveling to other shows on the same weekend) or spend time running their own storefront
+ vendors who prefer spending their time on sourcing & making rather than display and selling
